Senior React Native Engineer, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable mobile applications utilizing React Native.

• Create and implement responsive, user-centric interfaces with an emphasis on performance, usability, and accessibility.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and backend teams to deliver comprehensive features that meet business requirements.

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

• Enhance application performance, responsiveness, and stability across various devices and network conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• More than 3 years of direct experience in creating mobile applications with React Native.

• Strong background in Node.js and the development of scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.

• Comprehensive understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and best practices in TypeScript.

• Demonstrated proficiency in state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit.

• Experience in designing, integrating, and utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment processes (App Store and Google Play).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude Code or similar).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
