
Senior Quantitative Project Manager, Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Serve as the communication and relationship intermediary between M3, our clients, and other teams involved in the project's execution.
• Oversee all elements of each project to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Manage international quantitative market research projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including all facets of managing clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples.
• Collaborate directly with various teams to set up and test survey links and redirects, prepare and distribute samples, conduct quality/audit checks, address respondent inquiries and honorarium, as well as all other components of online research.
• Organize and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies to ensure clarity among all involved parties regarding project specifications, client requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Cultivate and utilize relationships with vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables, effective communication, and resolution of issues.
• Track productivity and quality of data collection to generate regular updates and progress reports on project status.
• Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs that impact the budget.
• Collaborate with sales team members and operations staff to address challenges and/or propose recommendations to enhance performance on research studies.
• Work independently to support international teams outside of standard US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector.
• A self-driven individual with outstanding time management, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of swiftly addressing problems as they arise and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to prevent escalation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to effectively achieve study-specific and departmental goals.
• Basic math skills and the capability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, honoraria amounts, profits, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to accurately manage multiple online research projects on time in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and other changes frequently occur.
