This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee a team of analytics and strategy experts within the Fraud Strategy & Analytics division.
• Develop, direct, and execute analytics, technological advancements, and process enhancements aimed at digital account security.
• Employ descriptive and predictive methodologies to address and reduce fraud patterns.
• Guide and support junior analytics team members.
• Collaborate with the Fraud Strategy & Analytics team and various stakeholders across the organization.
• Offer ad hoc assistance for analytics requests related to operations, strategy, and leadership.
• Possession of an advanced degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• 2-4 years of managerial experience demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• 4-8 years of experience with programming languages such as SAS, R, and/or Python.
• 4-8 years of experience in statistical and econometric modeling along with database management.
• 4-8 years of expertise in SAS and SQL.
• Ability to think critically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Capability to present a professional demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
