Senior Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and uphold test automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Robot Framework.

• Create test scripts with Robot Framework or alternative scripting tools.

• Employ programming languages like Python to formulate resilient automated test cases.

• Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.

• Execute comprehensive manual testing in scenarios where automation is unsuitable.

• Collaborate with team members for cross-functional and cross-product testing initiatives.

• Identify and document bugs using tools like Jira, Xray, or equivalent platforms.

• Actively engage the team in quality initiatives and instruct them on best practices in testing.

• Work closely with a dedicated product team to set long-term quality objectives.

• Configure and oversee CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab or comparable software.

• Integrate automated testing into build pipelines to guarantee continuous quality assessments.

• Perform API testing utilizing tools like Postman.

• Ensure quality across domain-specific platforms, including Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in test automation methodologies and tools.

• Practical experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and various scripting tools.

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) for effective communication.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Expertise in version control systems such as Git and development environments like VS Code.

• Strong background in creating test scenarios, bug reporting, and executing functional tests.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.

• ISTQB Certification or similar qualifications (Preferred).

• Practical experience in mobile test automation (Preferred).

• Experience in Salesforce testing and associated workflows (Preferred).

• Practical experience with AI-driven testing (Preferred).

• Background in health-related projects or programs (Preferred).
