QA Analyst – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implement functional test cases

• Validate user stories and acceptance criteria

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and End-to-End testing

• Report and track defects using Jira

• Document test evidence and assist with UAT testing

• Validate processes and configurations in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional QA

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce projects (MANDATORY)

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English

• Experience in designing and executing functional test cases

• Experience in End-to-End, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing

• Experience in documenting evidence and managing incidents

• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Xray

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Desirable experience with Postman, Data Loader, and API testing

• Preferred: ISTQB certification (or solid knowledge of testing best practices)
