QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Conduct both functional and non-functional testing (for web and mobile), as well as integration, regression, and usability testing;

• Detect, document, and report bugs to the development team;

• Verify bug fixes;

• Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases;

• Initiate and carry out tests using high/low level detailed test cases;

• Create and maintain testing documentation including test suites, test cases, checklists, and testing instructions;

• Monitor quality assurance metrics;

• Analyze and execute test cases;

• Review and document product features along with business requirements;

• Improve the testing process;

• Collaborate closely with the Development and Delivery Manager to determine system requirements;

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the software development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in manual QA, ideally within FinTech, banking, iGaming, or high-transaction systems;

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing for web applications;

• Experience in creating and maintaining testing documentation is essential;

• Proficiency in using Git is required;

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a must;

• Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes is necessary;

• Familiarity with Python, Playwright, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous;

• Proficient in Russian and have an intermediate level of English.
