Senior Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the quality of Tellent HR.

• Lead our test automation initiatives and broaden end-to-end coverage using Playwright.

• Elevate the standards for backend testing.

• Collaborate closely with other Quality Engineers to uphold the test automation strategy.

• Work alongside developers to integrate quality from the outset.

• Create and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of practical experience in quality engineering.

• Senior-level responsibility for testing intricate web applications.

• Experience in developing and managing end-to-end test suites with Playwright.

• Expertise in testing GraphQL APIs and backend services.

• A balance of product insight and technical acumen.

• Proficient in English and Polish for daily interactions.
