📋 Description

• Enhance the existing automation framework by expanding its coverage to previously unaddressed areas and reinforcing it for a high-velocity merge environment.

• Aim to achieve 100% automated coverage on essential paths (policy gates, audit trail, RBAC, lineage, data connectors) while maintaining this standard as merge velocity increases.

• Strive to reduce customer-reported defects on compliance-critical surfaces to near zero.

• Develop a test pipeline supported by LLM that aligns AI-driven development with AI-accelerated testing.

• Provide visibility into quality posture for leadership through an ongoing risk and coverage map that both teams collaboratively manage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing a sophisticated automation platform that includes end-to-end frameworks, CI systems, and multi-stage automation.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies at scale (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).

• Proven track record of delivering compliance-critical software where aspects like audit trails, RBAC, or governance accuracy impacted customer audits (pharma, finance, govtech, healthtech, MLOps).

• Ability to exert senior-level influence across various teams without direct authority.

• Familiarity with the cucu library is an advantage.
