Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – EH&B Offshore Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance assessments to uncover areas for enhancement or potential compliance issues within retail insurance.

• Liaise with stakeholders and provide consultation on implementation strategies to guarantee the firm meets its high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.

• A minimum of five years’ experience in the Employee Health and Benefits sector.

• Capability to operate independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective facilitation abilities.

• Proven track record of responding with urgency, professionalism, and efficiency while managing priorities and proactively achieving objectives.

• Demonstrated competence in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.

• Familiarity with specialized systems and applications in Employee Health and Benefits (not mandatory).
