📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance evaluations.

• Spot areas for enhancement or possible compliance issues within retail insurance.

• Engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Advise on implementation strategies to maintain high-quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.

• A minimum of five years of experience in the insurance sector.

• Capability to operate independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective facilitation abilities.

• Established track record of responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all tasks, while managing priorities and achieving goals proactively.

• Demonstrated competency in essential computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience in Commercial Insurance is advantageous.
