Senior QC Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Create and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Conduct both manual and automated testing of software applications.

• Identify, document, and track software defects until their resolution.

• Perform root cause analysis on defects and propose improvement recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with developers and product owners to grasp requirements and formulate effective testing strategies.

• Engage in design and code reviews to uphold software quality standards.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality control.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Comprehensive understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
