• Create, uphold, and implement thorough testing strategies and testing cycles.

• Assess game quality across all primary platforms.

• Spot edge cases, gaps in test coverage, and areas for enhancement.

• Compose detailed reports on bugs.

• Convert QA feedback into practical reports.

• Assist with milestone planning through risk assessments.

• Advocate for the ongoing enhancement of QA workflows and standards.

• Collaborate effectively with the team and external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of QA experience within the videogame industry.

• Demonstrated experience in contributing to intricate projects from initial development to final release.

• Strong grasp of QA processes, testing workflows, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional skills in bug reporting, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in designing, managing, and executing comprehensive test cases and detailed test plans.

• High proficiency in issue-tracking platforms such as Jira and Confluence.

• In-depth understanding of complex FPS game mechanics, systems, and player behaviors.

• A strong enthusiasm for FPS and tactical shooter games.
