Senior QA Engineer, Manual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.

• Monitor defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams.

• Assist in QA activities, analytics, incident management, and release impact assessments.

• Manage test environments and enhance testing efficiency.

• Serve as a quality advocate and suggest product enhancements based on feedback.

• Aid in go/no-go release decisions and deliver quality insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in comprehensive QA processes, including test strategy, execution, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Proficiency in functional, integration, and system-level testing within enterprise or SaaS environments.

• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data flows.

• Experience with defect lifecycle management and risk-based testing methodologies.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in the English language.
