Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of senior engineers, developers, and architects.

• Assume responsibility for quality assurance throughout all phases of the project.

• Tackle intricate technical challenges and impact project results.

• Guarantee high-quality delivery by overseeing substantial features from concept to deployment.

• Offer mentorship to junior engineers and engage in proposal development and project planning.

• Conduct both automated and manual testing, refining processes and influencing various projects.

• Introduce new technologies and provide guidance on complex components to teams.

• Supply technical expertise as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web applications.

• Proficient knowledge of Java.

• Demonstrated experience in developing automated tests for web applications and APIs.

• Familiarity with parallel test executions and distribution options (CI/CD, Docker).

• Capability to design testing strategies and actively participate in manual testing, including creation, review, execution, and exploratory testing.

• Expertise in version control systems, especially Git.

• Experience with test management tools, bug-tracking systems, and exposure to all facets of the software development lifecycle.
