QA Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI-driven automated testing strategies that encompass functional, security, boundary, and other essential test scenarios.

• Design, create, and sustain intelligent automated testing frameworks across web, mobile, and API environments.

• Construct AI-enhanced automated tests and frameworks for intricate software systems.

• Verify AI model outputs against expected behaviors and performance indicators.

• Collaborate with software engineers to enhance automation feasibility and expand coverage.

• Coordinate with various teams to deliver high-quality software within established timelines and scope.

• Advocate for coding standards and facilitate peer review processes.

• Minimize automation maintenance through robust engineering methodologies.

• Lead research and development initiatives and assess AI automation tools.

• Mentor junior team members in best practices.

• Contribute to continuous integration efforts and assess AI model performance and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in automating test cases using AI tools.

• Understanding of machine learning concepts.

• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Competence in debugging.

• Solid knowledge of SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.

• Experience in integrating measurements and continuous improvement in software development.

• Ability to meet complex business needs with straightforward design and execution.

• Familiarity with load and performance testing methodologies.

• Experience with continuous deployment/integration is a plus.

• Experience in front-office financial services operations is an advantage.

• Capability to work autonomously and understand application functionality through reverse engineering of code.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 5 years of professional experience.

• Over 2 years of experience automating functional tests for software developed with the .NET stack, including C# or VB.NET and ASP.NET MVC.

• Proficiency in SQL Server, including SQL queries and stored procedures.

• At least 1 year of professional experience utilizing AI tools to automate API and/or UI tests.
