Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Test analysis: evaluate requirements and convert them into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and coverage strategies for CPQ and Logik/Logikit workflows.

• Test design: create test scenarios for various types of testing, including functional, regression, and integration, tailored to meet client business objectives.

• Execution and defect management: carry out test cycles, accurately document defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.

• Platform validation: assess configurations developed on Salesforce, focusing on CPQ pricing rules, product logic, and quote-to-order processes.

• Stakeholder communication: effectively communicate testing progress, risks, and obstacles to the delivery team and client stakeholders in English.

• Continuous improvement: discover opportunities to enhance test coverage and contribute reusable test assets and templates to the QA practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level QA experience, demonstrating strong skills in test analysis and test design.

• Proven expertise in various testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, client-facing teams.

• Familiarity with Logik/Logikit.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in relation to CPQ.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.

• Experience in API and performance testing is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a plus.
