Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Focused on assisting with the testing of application development initiatives

• Design and implement test plans that integrate both manual and automated testing for web applications

• Accountable for the documentation of test plans and strategies as necessary

• Responsible for the creation, documentation, and upkeep of test cases that are clear and can be reused by colleagues

• Execute manual test cases and automated scripts required for the project

• Tasked with automating UI tests within the Selenium framework

• Collaborate with the Product team, Developers, and other Quality Engineers

• Participate in the SAFe Agile Scrum team

• Identify, isolate, document, regress, and monitor bugs until resolution

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience working alongside Software Development Teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Proficient in writing automated tests using Selenium Webdriver with a page object model design pattern

• Familiarity with SQL and JIRA

• Experience using Jenkins

• Knowledge of GitLab

• Experience with Playwright is preferred

• Familiarity with REST Assured is preferred

• Experience with accessibility testing is preferred

• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely in English
