Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement thorough manual test plans and test cases across both web and API layers.

• Create, enhance, and sustain automated testing frameworks and suites.

• Collaborate with external parties—including clients’ QA teams, integration partners, and cross-functional teams—to understand their requirements and integrate their feedback into our QA practices.

• Triage, monitor, and report defects; liaise with engineering teams to ensure prompt resolution.

• Proactively identify gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements that enhance overall product quality.

• Clearly communicate test results, risks, and recommendations in English, both verbally and in written form.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on QA experience, with a strong emphasis on manual testing methods.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining automated test suites.

• Comprehensive understanding of software QA principles, including test planning, defect tracking, and metrics.

• Exceptional English communication skills—adept at writing clear bug reports and facilitating discussions across distributed teams.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
