This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Contribute to the development of a QA organization esteemed for its exceptional standards of quality, efficiency, and predictability by merging your extensive human expertise with AI-enhanced and agentic testing methodologies.
• Utilize generative AI, agentic testing, and self-healing automation to expedite the creation, maintenance, and coverage of tests.
• Investigate, pilot, and deploy AI-driven QA tools and strategies to enhance quality and minimize manual workload.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to incorporate AI-based quality gates into delivery pipelines, establishing QA as a proactive strategic collaborator.
• Formulate and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing processes.
• Design, create, and sustain automated testing frameworks to streamline testing operations and boost efficiency.
• Conduct manual testing to detect bugs, defects, and usability challenges, ensuring thorough test coverage.
• Work closely with development teams to comprehend project requirements and validate software functionality.
• Carry out regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to evaluate product quality and performance.
• Assess test outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and relay findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Engage in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Consistently review and refine QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing initiatives.
• Oversee QA workstreams across multiple concurrent client projects, aligning timelines and priorities with project managers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in QA engineering, focusing on both automation and manual testing.
• Strong expertise in one of the test automation tools/frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Jest, or similar.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and conveying technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Clickup).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Typescript.
