Senior QA Automation, Selenium

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Participate in the development of an automation framework utilizing Selenium along with Python or Java and TestNG.

• Create a test automation strategy by leveraging contemporary automation methodologies.

• Schedule automated regression tests to be executed at regular intervals.

• Detect and report defects discovered during automation test executions.

• Resolve issues in automation scripts encountered during testing phases.

• Consistently update the automation test suite.

• Comprehend the prioritization of test cases.

• Evaluate and report risks and issues in the testing process.

• Provide timely updates on testing status to various stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

• 3 to 5 years of substantial experience in automation using Selenium with Java or Python.

• Significant experience with WebDriver and TestNG.

• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team environment.

• Additional skills in BDD, TDD, and CI/CD with Jenkins.

• Familiarity with AWS and SFDC platforms is preferred.

• Experience in commercial operations processes such as alignment, call planning, and field reporting is a plus.

• Proficient in Excel and VBA.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work with minimal oversight, quickly learn new solutions, and perform under pressure.

• Energetic and willing to contribute to the organization beyond assigned responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teams in India and the US.

• Strong analytical skills to address and model complex business requirements are advantageous.
