• Collaborate with internal teams (such as Product Management and Analysts) to comprehend requirements and create testable Acceptance Criteria.
• Engage with clients, as necessary, to gather insights and formulate testable Acceptance Criteria.
• Provide testing estimates to assist in bid pricing, project costing, and task planning.
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using established tools and frameworks.
• Create and design test cases in accordance with approved development testing standards and guidelines.
• Design, develop, and execute both functional and non-functional tests (automated and manual as needed).
• Conduct peer reviews of QA and Test team efforts.
• Prioritize tasks to fulfill agreed-upon commitments.
• Ensure adherence to approved development processes throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Capture, document, and report bugs, enabling Development teams to easily reproduce issues.
• Provide prompt feedback to Line Management as necessary.
• Between 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• A solid first degree in engineering, mathematics, or science.
• Industry experience in product testing.
• Proficiency in Playwright and Cypress.
• Proven software testing experience across the entire SDLC.
• Capability to develop clear and concise test plans and cases to be included in a Brady repository.
• Ability to interpret written specifications and technical documents.
• Experienced in creating SQL scripts.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration processes.
• Experience in release preparation, including checklists, release documentation, and communication.
• Understanding of database architecture.
• Experience in API testing, as well as Load and Performance testing.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets.
