Network Automation Engineer, Python

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the successful execution of technical initiatives within the team.

• Leverage your networking expertise to create and implement new features, as well as enhance and optimize existing functionalities.

• Innovate to foster continuous improvement and increase operational velocity.

• Work within project-specific frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional team members.

• Collaborate with product owners to convert strategic objectives into actionable backlog items.

• Interact with end users to address feature requests and resolve reported issues.

• Develop and enforce stringent testing methodologies.

• Contribute to software engineering processes driven by artificial intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• In-depth understanding and practical experience in networking and/or network security.

• Strong comprehension of network security principles and solutions (firewalls, SASE).

• Practical Python experience in projects focused on network automation.

• Networking/security vendor certification at least at the Professional level (one of CCNP, JNCIP, NSE4+, CCSE, PCNSE).

• Experience with virtualization and container technologies.

• Proficiency in the English language at B2 level or higher.

• In addition to the above criteria, we would greatly value:

• Expert/Master level networking certification (CCIE, CCSM, NSE8, etc.).

• Experience in software engineering.

• Knowledge of network security products from vendors such as Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ZScaler, Juniper, Netskope.

• Experience with Claude Code.

• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
