• Analyze and Enhance Processes

• Collaborate with teams to comprehend existing workflows and pinpoint areas where automation can save time or enhance consistency.

• Develop and Sustain Automations

• Utilize tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make to create integrations across various platforms, and assist with more advanced requirements using lightweight scripts or API calls.

• Integrate Data and Tools

• Assist in structuring and transferring data between platforms like Google AppSheet, Airtable, or internal dashboards, ensuring that reporting and operations are organized and current.

• Investigate AI Integration

• Leverage tools like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini to support applications such as content generation, reporting, quality assurance, and internal tools. Design and execute scalable AI-driven workflows, including RAG pipelines and agent-based systems where relevant.

• Facilitate Adoption and Training

• Clearly document your work and assist team members in effectively utilizing the tools you develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Zapier, n8n, or comparable automation tools

• Proficient scripting abilities in Python or JavaScript, with the capacity to develop and troubleshoot independently

• Comfortable engaging with APIs and confidently linking platforms from end to end

• Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub

• Strong grasp of system design and scalable architectures

• Capability to work autonomously, manage tasks from start to finish, and deliver with minimal oversight

• Highly organized and process-oriented, with effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and implements solutions without requiring direction

• Over 2 years of experience in automation, technical operations, or digital tools

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Ads

• Experience with SQL or BigQuery

• Proficient with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or GCP)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog) is a bonus
