This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• The Senior QA Automation Engineer will collaborate closely with fellow Engineers in the squad to ensure the product aligns with the overall roadmap and strategy, while also partnering with the QA Chapter to enhance our automation test frameworks and best practices.

• You will promote test automation within the squads, actively engaging in test automation initiatives and playing a vital role in supporting our agile software development lifecycle.

• You will also be an advocate for our shift-left strategy within the team.

• In collaboration with the QA Chapter, you will design and develop a suite of automation scripts, document test cases, and perform both functional and non-functional testing, focusing on performance and scalability to support millions of users as we expand globally.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for your craft and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.

• Proficiency with tools and frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium, Playwright, Junit, Postman, and Saucelabs.

• Ability to thrive in a close-knit team environment, making collaborative decisions to provide the best experience for our customers.

• Experience working in a fast-paced agile setting.

• Familiarity with shift-left strategy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Enjoyment in collaborating with remote colleagues.

• Solid understanding of testing principles and the testing pyramid framework.

• Knowledge of both manual and automation testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages, ideally .Net and Typescript.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other agile tools.

• Bonus points for experience in testing within a cloud infrastructure.

• Experience in Load Testing using JMeter or Gatling.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Experience with MongoDB.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, SwiftUI, and React Native.

• Participation in open-source collaborations.
