Senior QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated testing suites utilizing specialized automation tools and platforms.

• Choose the test scenarios that are most suitable for automation.

• Implement best practices in automated testing and incorporate them into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.

• Examine and troubleshoot issues discovered during testing, document defects, and work with the team to resolve them.

• Organize and preserve test case and test result documentation to facilitate audit and compliance processes.

• Regularly assess and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of automated testing.

• Collaborate closely with the development team and business analysts to grasp product requirements and features.

• Develop and sustain automated testing suites utilizing specialized automation tools and platforms.

• Implement best practices in automated testing and incorporate them into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.

• Regularly assess and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of automated testing.

• Qualifications:

• Understanding of S/4 data structures, TDF, or BTP (optional).

• Background in software test automation.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

• Practical experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and Cypress (preferably Selenium and Cypress), and Playwright.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and QA teams.

• Experience in performance testing and familiarity with associated tools is a plus.
