Senior Python Engineer – Voice AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with various teams to comprehend, align, and translate customer requirements into scalable platform features.

• You will develop and operate core Python microservices for our Voice-AI platform (Bot Management, Telephony Middleware).

• You will build low-latency, asynchronous systems for real-time speech processing and streaming audio (WebSockets, Async Python).

• You will integrate STT, TTS, and LLM systems and orchestrate AI workflows across different providers.

• You will work on scalable, event-driven architectures (REST, WebSockets, gRPC).

• You will take responsibility for containerization, CI/CD, and the operation of our services in the cloud.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Python skills and experience with production software systems.

• Experience with asynchronous Python and developing high-performance, latency-critical applications.

• Practical knowledge of microservice architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Good Linux skills for the operation and architecture of distributed services on Linux servers.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.

• Willingness to take responsibility for DevOps topics (CI/CD, monitoring, operations).

• Enjoyment of teamwork and agile development processes.

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
