Senior Python Engineer, Document App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the vision and architecture of a crucial component of the application - Document domain.

• Tackle and resolve various scale-related technical challenges.

• Identify and address systematic issues to ensure a low time-to-change for other developers while maintaining a high level of change-confidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of development experience in Python.

• Proficient in working with relational databases (including SQL queries, migrations, and optimization).

• Strong experience with message queues (such as RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka).

• Knowledge of event-driven systems and foundational concepts of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Solid understanding and practical experience with AsyncIO.

• Familiarity with the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and application monitoring.

• Extensive hands-on expertise in building applications within both monolithic and microservice architectures.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
