Senior Python Engineer, Document App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the vision and architecture of a core component of the application - Document domain.

• Tackle and resolve various scale-related technical challenges.

• Identify and address systematic issues to ensure a low time-to-change for other developers, fostering a high level of change confidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of development experience utilizing Python.

• Proficiency with relational databases (including SQL queries, migrations, and optimization).

• Strong experience with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka).

• Familiarity with event-driven systems and foundational concepts of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• In-depth knowledge and experience with AsyncIO.

• Good grasp of the development lifecycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring.

• Extensive practical experience in developing applications within both monolithic and microservice architectures.

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
