Senior Python Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Create and develop backend services using Python (FastAPI)

• Implement asynchronous job execution and monitoring of job statuses (Redis/Celery/Kafka)

• Integrate with both internal and external LLM and services

• Ensure reliability, observability, and cost-effective inference capabilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Python backend development

• Proficient in FastAPI

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and S3 (or similar technologies)

• Familiarity with asynchronous task queues such as Celery, Redis, and Kafka

• Experience in production environments with microservices: managing long-running jobs, retries, and failure management

• Basic skills in observability including logging, monitoring, and alerting

• Experience working in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML)

• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Understanding of LangChain or agentic workflows

• Background in marketing technology (advertising platforms, creative tools)

• Experience with StarRocks or other OLAP databases, such as Clickhouse
