Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create intricate code following functional specifications, which includes logic and algorithm development.

• Interpret and evaluate software requirements to produce design specifications.

• Consistently comply with software standards throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Conduct thorough peer code reviews and evaluate the wider implications of software modifications.

• Guide and shape team standards, processes, and activities, encompassing planning, estimation, solution demonstrations, and design discussions for implementation.

• Assist in the implementation of the delivery pipeline, which includes test automation, security measures, and performance enhancements.

• Mentor, coach, and offer constructive technical insights to fellow team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience with Python, and preferably with Java.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience with AWS platforms; additional familiarity with Azure or GCP is advantageous.

• Experience in Windows/Linux development environments utilizing open-source tools and platforms.

• Proficient in unit and integration testing practices.

• Experience with end-to-end testing in Playwright is a plus.

• Familiarity with build environments, delivery pipelines, continuous software delivery, and continuous integration tools.

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
