Senior Python Backend Developer, Generative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will be involved in a redesign initiative for an insurance SuperApp, concentrating on modernizing the Android, iOS, and Java backend platforms.

• The goal is to maintain existing functionalities while restructuring end-customer journeys to improve the product experience, visual consistency, and performance, while also preparing the ecosystem for extensive use of Artificial Intelligence.

• Establish the visual language, Design System, and accessibility standards for the SuperApp redesign, ensuring scalability, consistency, and quality across all platforms.

• Lead the Design practice (UX and UI), converting business and user requirements into flows, prototypes, and reusable components, offering design direction for the project.

• Collaborate closely with the development team, sharing technical expertise and adapting and implementing market best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Set design standards for the SuperApp (typography, colors, spacing, components, behavior, microinteractions, accessibility).

• Share responsibility for Product Discovery, facilitating and moderating activities, and creating tangible visions in:

• Service blueprints;

• Customer consumption journeys (materializing Jobs To Be Done).

• Possess practical expertise in UX Research, employing lean methods (interviews, usability tests, hypothesis validation) in collaboration with the team.

• Ensure experiences that highlight:

• Information Architecture;

• Visual Design;

• Low- and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.

• Design system conception, implementation, and evolution:

• Creation and management of components in Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens, shared libraries);

• Documentation of usage patterns and best practices to scale across various teams.

• Work closely with technical implementation, involving:

• Detailed handoffs;

• Understanding of technical limitations;

• Smooth communication with developers (mobile, web, backend).

• Experience in large teams and continuous product environments, working with multiple squads.

• Engage in multichannel contexts (app, web, integrated communications).

• Have proficiency or hands-on experience with AI solutions (for instance, utilizing AI in experience flows, copilots, design task automation, journey personalization).

• Exhibit a strong eagerness and curiosity to rapidly learn to collaborate with AI agents.

• The selection process will involve the assessment of specific knowledge regarding AI agents and the practical application of AI in digital products.
