Senior Python Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain resilient and scalable backend systems and APIs utilizing Python and associated technologies.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and various stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability.

• Implement measures for security and data protection.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Identify issues, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Python.

• Strong command of Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in SQL with experience in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
