Senior Python – AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing high-performing, secure backend applications while incorporating AI solutions into current products and support frameworks.

• Investigating, assessing, and implementing new AI-driven technologies to foster optimization and innovation.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams—encompassing developers, product managers, and support personnel—throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Contributing to backend architectures that facilitate multiple products, transcending a single application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional product development experience in Python, with an emphasis on scalable backend services and data manipulation, alongside strong expertise in Docker for containerization and deployment.

• Proven experience in creating autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (for instance, LangGraph, Pydantic AI Agents), demonstrating sound architectural judgment on the application of LLMs versus traditional code or simpler machine learning models.

• Background in designing automated evaluation pipelines (such as Ragas, DeepEval), implementing production monitoring (like Langfuse, Pydantic Logfire), and ensuring the reliability of solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI security, which includes response control, prompt injection prevention, and safety guardrails, as well as the capability to optimize throughput, token cost, and latency at scale.

• Passionate about learning and experimenting with new technologies and methodologies, especially in the rapidly advancing domain of AI.

• Capacity to proactively research and adopt cutting-edge and emerging workflows, focusing on exploring innovative methods in addition to established best practices.
