Senior Python & AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Ongoing development of applications to guarantee stability, performance, and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python.

• Proficient in development using FastAPI and/or Django.

• Skilled in creating and managing REST APIs.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await).

• Strong understanding of architectural best practices and code organization.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases, including SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

• Proficient in database modeling.

• Familiarity with JWT and OAuth2 security protocols.

• Experience in permission control (RBAC).

• Capable of API integrations, both consumption and development of REST APIs.

• Knowledge in file processing (PDF, CSV, Excel).

• Experience with background jobs (Celery, RQ, or similar tools).

• Integration experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar).

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or their equivalents.

• Skills in prompt engineering.

• Experience in building AI agents.

• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector, ChromaDB, or similar).
