Middle Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing advertising creatives to promote our product across various platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads, TikTok ads, and Google.

• Continuously seeking fresh ideas and crafting innovative creative concepts.

• Automating routine processes: designing and implementing tools that expedite content production.

• Analyzing the results of creative concepts and generating variations of successful creatives to enhance their effectiveness.

• Adapting video and static content for different platforms and localizing it for various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in motion design.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Experience in creating AI generations using tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini, Nano Banana/Seedream, Higgsfield/Kling, or other similar software.

• Experience with process automation in motion graphics work.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unconventional ideas.

• Willingness to take responsibility for one's ideas and initiate improvements in the workflow.
