📋 Description

• Guide and mentor the proposal team

• Oversee intricate, high-stakes proposal processes

• Craft engaging and persuasive content tailored for specific client audiences

• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to collect technical information

• Develop and manage proposal strategies, compliance matrices, templates, and governance processes

• Facilitate formal proposal review meetings

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions

• Perform post-submission debriefs and promote continuous improvement initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on proposal management experience

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related discipline — or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in content writing

• Strong attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of APA and Chicago style guidelines

• Demonstrated project management capabilities
