• Conducts investigations on claims by assessing applicable policy coverage, negotiating, evaluating, and resolving assigned claims.
• Establishes communication with insured individuals, claimants, and all pertinent parties to collect essential information, obtain recorded statements (if needed), and clarify the overall claims process.
• Conducts physical and/or virtual assessments of damaged properties (when necessary), appraises damages, and formulates written estimates in line with policy provisions and liability.
• Generally requires over 10 years of pertinent experience or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
• Possesses the necessary adjuster's licensing as mandated by the states in which we operate.
• A Part 107 drone license is required for roof inspections (must be obtained within 5 months of the start date; must successfully pass the exam within 3 attempts).
