This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Manage small-scale projects or segments of larger initiatives.
• Coordinate the activities, resources, and schedules of the project team.
• Establish system scope, project objectives, team roles, and responsibilities.
• Support the creation of project plans that encompass goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead status and milestone meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Develop project documentation, including training materials and process documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Raise concerns related to risks or delays as necessary.
• Provide project updates to team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
• Carry out responsibilities outside of regular working hours based on business requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient with project management software, reporting, and status monitoring.
• Capacity to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Strong skills in meeting facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Capability to adapt to shifting business needs and proactively resolve issues.
• Awareness of current technologies and their relevance to project delivery and business goals.
