This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the delivery plan for the pod/workstream from the discovery phase to go-live readiness (including the transition to support), encompassing detailed scheduling, milestones, and stage-gate inputs.
• Create and manage comprehensive work plans based on Workfront configuration orders, integration sequencing, and mapping dependencies; continuously adjust plans as constraints evolve.
• Facilitate a structured project cadence for the pod (including status meetings, working sessions, and design reviews), ensuring clear action items, ownership, and tracking of decisions.
• Manage the pod’s backlog and coordinate handoffs and dependencies with partner pods (such as Hypercare & Enhancement and Foundational Governance).
• Collaborate with the System Architect to identify foundational impacts, document change requests, and route items through formal Change Control with detailed impact assessments (scope/timeline/resourcing/risk).
• Proactively recognize, document, and escalate risks, scope creep, and resource gaps at an early stage; present mitigation options and trade-offs to safeguard timeline and quality.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with agency stakeholders to establish delivery expectations, confirm readiness, and ensure alignment on goals and upcoming decisions.
• Ensure that all required documentation, deliverables, and approvals for the pod are complete and audit-ready before advancing through the stage-gate process.
• Coordinate UAT readiness and execution for the track: define testing approaches and scenarios with SMEs, manage testing cycles, triage defects, and secure sign-off for pod deliverables.
• Assist in rollout and transition planning for agencies relevant to your track, collaborating with enablement/hypercare to guarantee adoption and stabilization.
• Provide insights into SOW development for the pod/workstream (scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, dependencies, out-of-scope) and contribute to LOE/resource planning.
• Support and/or lead change orders and scope expansions for the track with documented impacts and stakeholder approvals.
• Operate with a client-services mindset focused on billable hours: proactive forecasting, clear expectations, and escalation efforts that protect delivery outcomes and margins.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Adobe Workfront implementations/migrations (or equivalent enterprise work management implementations with a strong depth in Workfront).
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Workfront configuration and integration sequencing/dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex backlogs and coordinate cross-functional pods (including technical and operational stakeholders).
• Excellent risk management, change control discipline, and client-facing communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent deployments/workstreams and drive delivery through stage-gate governance.
• Proven experience leading delivery in a global, distributed environment (spanning multiple regions and time zones), including remote facilitation and asynchronous decision-making.
• Ability to tailor rollout and stakeholder management strategies across diverse agency teams and operational models.
• Health insurance
• Retirement plans
• Paid time off
• Flexible work arrangements
• Professional development
