Senior Project Manager, Real Estate Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all operating expenses, capital expenditures, and strategic savings related to Real Estate Facilities.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial operations of the Real Estate portfolio.

• Requires extensive knowledge and experience in financial reporting for both the Real Estate and Finance Teams.

• Develop relationships not only within the Real Estate team but also collaborate effectively with Accounting & Finance departments.

• Employ best practices and expertise to address complex challenges, applying innovative perspectives to existing solutions.

• Serve as a resource for colleagues who have less experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience demonstrating a strong record of independent work and output.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.

• Possess knowledge of best practices and understand how your area integrates with others.

• Capable of solving intricate problems by rethinking existing solutions.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for financial analysis.

• Ability to create Google Slides presentations with financial data for team distribution.
