Senior Project Manager – Program Management

📋 Description

• Drive efficiency and consistency across multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity.

• Act as the sole point of contact for program delivery, crafting customized strategies and standardized processes that guarantee high-quality results.

• Collaborate with clients to establish program objectives for large-scale, intricate project portfolios that cover multiple markets and asset types.

• Create and execute standardized processes, playbooks, and tools that facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Provide integrated reporting on schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity metrics for all ongoing projects.

• Set up management routines to monitor portfolio performance against client-specific KPIs.

• Proactively pinpoint and address risks across projects, eliminating obstacles and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Continuously refine delivery processes to boost efficiency across diverse project types.

• Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, project teams, vendors, and JLL service lines.

• Navigate competing priorities and expectations while ensuring alignment among all parties.

• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders possessing varying levels of industry experience.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across JLL's platform to deliver cohesive solutions.

• Facilitate discussions on reprioritization among stakeholders when conflicts arise.

• Utilize JLL's broader capabilities to furnish portfolio-specific insights and expertise.

• Guide project teams by example, building strong relationships while promoting operational excellence.

• Strategically allocate workloads among team members based on expertise, capacity, and project requirements.

• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.

• Implement team strategies that align with P&L objectives and enhance JLL's market position.

• Develop deep client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities across JLL's service lines, and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Monitor project profitability to ensure both client satisfaction and financial success.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in real estate/project/program management.

• Proven capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across various project types and markets.

• Experience with projects throughout the entire real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy).

• Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and fostering effective relationships at all levels.

• Demonstrated success in communicating with C-suite executives and managing their diverse expectations.

• Experience working across multiple markets, preferably on a global scale, with the ability to navigate regional differences.

• In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to connect strategic vision with tactical execution.

• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives in dynamic environments.

• Expertise in project scheduling and budget management across various project types.

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Smartsheet.

• Strong contract management skills.

• Knowledge of disciplined project management methodologies (Six Sigma, PMP certification preferred).

• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of standard business and accounting practices.

• Proficiency in AI tools and applications for project management, data analysis, and process optimization.
