Senior Project Manager, Oracle EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to our project management principles and practices.

• Create and implement project plans, determine staffing needs, and make adjustments as required during the project lifecycle.

• Identify and manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, driving the team towards completion.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to guarantee project success.

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with all involved parties, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges encountered, and achievements.

• Ensure project deliverables adhere to the required quality standards and meet client expectations.

• Establish quality control processes and carry out quality reviews.

• Manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure that the budget allocated is not exceeded.

• Assemble project teams, allocate tasks, and oversee resource management.

• Promote collaboration and communication among team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area.

• An MBA or a relevant master's degree is preferred.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.

• At least 3 years of experience managing Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM applications.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to guide and support teams for successful project execution.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
