This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Plan and organize installation projects: defining scope, scheduling, and monitoring milestones.
• Oversee the technical execution of commercial/industrial refrigeration and/or HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Manage the financial aspects of each project: preparing and tracking budgets, monitoring variances, analyzing costs (materials, labor, subcontractors), validating invoices, certifications, and the project's financial closure.
• Coordinate and allocate workload for technical personnel: ensure the team is productive, proactive, and meets objectives.
• Handle certifications, authorizations, and documentation management.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Director regarding project status.
• Drive continuous improvement: propose and lead initiatives to optimize installation processes.
• Serve as an internal liaison among operations, purchasing, planning, finance, and the technical installation team.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration and/or HVAC installations.
• Proven experience in project financial control: budgets, costs, invoicing, certifications, and financial closure.
• Experience in managing technical teams, planning workload, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
• Required education: Technical Engineer (industrial, thermal installations, HVAC, or equivalent).
• A master's degree or specialization in installations, industrial refrigeration, or HVAC is desirable.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or commercial installation projects.
• Knowledge of contract management, changes in work, change orders, and cost revisions.
• Project management certifications or technical accreditations in the sector.
