This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality assurance throughout each project's duration.
• Coordinate team members' efforts to ensure project delivery aligns with established plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both team members and clients to achieve successful and timely project outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to staff and adapt to various technical disciplines as required.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) evaluations of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and field personnel, track project advancement, and sustain client communication.
• Clearly articulate project expectations to team members and staff.
• Offer recommendations and solutions to relationship managers and clients.
• Identify and address project-related issues, deliver progress updates, and manage client inquiries and concerns.
• Assign tasks to suitable team members and coordinate responses to client requests for changes in scope.
• Facilitate the completion of final reports and invoices.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in building sciences consulting, engineering due diligence, or risk management services.
• Comprehensive understanding of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process.
• Specific experience with report formats from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Experience with pre-acquisition PCA due diligence reporting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with fundamental principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering.
• A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or a related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting similar work for financial institutions.
