• Organize projects in accordance with the established scope.
• Utilize regional, local, and departmental resources to support project initiatives.
• Take responsibility for the coordination of projects on local, regional, and global scales across multiple countries.
• Ensure the effective application of recognized project management methodologies, tools, and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to define, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects.
• Promote continuous and effective communication with all participants involved in the projects (both internal and external).
• Lead and facilitate decision-making processes and escalations related to assigned projects.
• Experience in the travel industry is essential.
• Previous experience in a recognized project management position and familiarity with project management software.
• Demonstrated success in managing medium-complexity projects within travel management operations.
• Ability to address and resolve risks, issues, and significant obstacles.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English are required.
