Senior Project Manager – Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Managing projects from inception to completion.

• Preparing and dispatching proposals.

• Organizing and scheduling projects.

• Advocating for safe work practices.

• Facilitating communication both internally and externally.

• Overseeing and managing job resources throughout the project's duration.

• Supervising billing processes and payments.

• Developing and implementing project plans in alignment with the Executive team.

• Coordinating all logistics onsite to meet client needs.

• Collaborating with clients and staff to formulate logistical strategies for project execution and support.

• Conducting remote data management for installed equipment.

• Working alongside and supervising employees and/or subcontractors to install or maintain equipment at client locations.

• Regularly updating clients on project progress.

• Engaging professionally with staff, clients, vendors, and subcontractors on a daily basis.

• Submitting both draft and final invoices to clients.

• Ensuring timely payments from clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree - Required.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience - Required.

• At least 5 years of professional service experience - Required.

• Previous experience with equipment calibration - Required.

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience - Preferred.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to solve problems and identify alternative solutions when faced with challenges.

• Capability to train others using specific knowledge related to logistical needs.

• Onsite coordination skills to manage workflow effectively.
