This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supervise the daily operational management of ongoing projects.
• Monitor project advancement, schedules, deliverables, and operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee projects are on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and the finance department.
• Oversee project budgets, expenditures, invoicing, payment statuses, and financial updates.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial oversight, and project reporting.
• Ensure that all project data, records, and documentation are precise and current.
• Identify operational or financial risks and escalate concerns promptly.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure responsibility and completion of action items.
• Enhance workflows, reporting frameworks, and coordination processes across projects.
• Generate regular project and financial status reports for management.
• Maintain robust control over project organization, priorities, and interdepartmental communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, operations, or project management.
• Strong grasp of financial processes, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking/reporting tools.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to foresee issues and take proactive measures.
• Experience working in close collaboration with finance teams on project-related budgets and reporting.
• Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems.
• Background in operational process enhancement.
• PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
