Senior Project Manager, B2B & Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing roadmapping and prioritization of B2B, Brand, and Sports Partnerships initiatives by managing requirements and leading projects to ensure alignment among all stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Offer daily project management support for B2B marketing and partnership launches, facilitating coordination among marketing, partner success, internal creative teams, and agency partners to propel projects forward.

• Collaborate with team leads and key PMO personnel to aid in annual planning, resource allocation, and prioritization for the Commercial and Partnerships teams.

• Facilitate the intake process for new requests across business units, ensuring that briefs are thorough, timelines are achievable, and requests are directed to the appropriate partners.

• Serve as a proponent for process adoption, assisting team members in understanding established systems and tools—including templates, workflows, and best practices tailored to B2B go-to-market strategies.

• Work closely with stakeholders in Commercial Marketing and Partnerships, as well as colleagues in Marketing and Creative Operations, to amplify stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency across B2B channels.

• Assist in go-to-market planning and execution for B2B sales and marketing initiatives, which include paid media programs, sales enablement content, and co-marketing campaigns.

• Streamline interactions between Marketing, Sales, and Business Development by managing transitions, aligning on deliverables, and ensuring clear communication channels.

• Oversee ad sales and agency management activities associated with commercial B2B initiatives.

• Manage cross-functional workflows for brand and sports partnership activations, including athlete engagements, league partnerships, and co-branded campaign implementations.

• Support the contracting process and launch timelines for partnerships, working closely with legal, business development, and marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

• Oversee partnership marketing calendars and deliverables, ensuring that all partner obligations are fulfilled promptly and in accordance with brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, with substantial exposure to B2B marketing and brand partnerships; experience in sports marketing programs is a plus.

• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects with a focus on B2B go-to-market and partner marketing channels.

• Familiarity with various project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Experience within a tech company or a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, creative asset management).

• Experience in executing B2B or co-marketing campaigns, paid media initiatives, and sales enablement content is a significant advantage.

• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.

• Preferably based on the East Coast.
