Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of delegate management and ticketing services for designated events and accounts.

• Manage the client relationship for assigned accounts, serving as the main day-to-day contact and offering expert guidance on best practices in delegate and data management.

• Cultivate robust working relationships with stakeholders across Dataflow, JET, and client organizations at both project and operational levels.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely and on-scope delivery that meets client expectations.

• Collaborate with professional services, development, sales, support, and finance teams to fulfill project commitments.

• Ensure adherence to GDPR, data security protocols, and industry best practices across all assigned projects and accounts.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dataflow delegate management and ticketing solutions for assigned projects.

• Offer informal training, advice, and mentorship to JET project managers, empowering them to effectively support and deliver Dataflow products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager in delegate management, ticketing, or event technology, with a proven history of leading projects and managing client accounts.

• Strong skills in client relationship management and experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with data management, GDPR compliance, reporting tools, and event technology (e.g., registration systems, badge printing, NFC/RFID, lead retrieval).

• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of project margins and revenue recognition, is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a composed and proactive demeanor under pressure.

• Comfortable in a hybrid working environment (office, home, onsite), with the flexibility for occasional travel and weekend work.
