• Defines and communicates project schedules, resource allocation, and budget parameters.

• Ensures quality control throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.

• Acquires necessary resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and external contractors.

• Monitors team progress to detect potential delays early.

• Develops internal project status reports and leads weekly project review meetings with the team.

• Conducts budget reconciliations at the conclusion of all projects.

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in digital process and timeline creation related to websites, emails, digital banners, etc.

• Proven experience managing brand marketing budgets exceeding $1.5 million annually.

• Experience in an agency setting; digital experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with marketing requirements and restrictions in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.

• A background in managing or participating in product launches, rebranding initiatives, and/or strategic product redirection.

• Proficient in using electronic project management software.
